This Wednesday, March 18th, Kelly will be in Federal Court with her attorneys, Wendy Murphy and James Marsh to discuss her children’s basic human rights as American citizens. They will discuss their right to live freely in their own country. Since immigration is a federal issue (state courts do not have jurisdiction on immigration matters), Kelly’s team is hopeful that the United States Federal Government will step in and protect the rights of these two American children.
