Cori Iacopelli is an Associate Attorney in the New York City office of the Marsh Law Firm PLLC. Cori passionately advocates for survivors of sexual abuse and discrimination. Her practice focuses on protecting the rights of survivors and helping her clients secure justice by holding institutions and individual perpetrators accountable for the abuse and trauma they inflicted and enabled. Cori’s practice areas include representing survivors of childhood sexual assault, child pornography, and campus sexual abuse, harassment, and retaliation.

Cori Iacopelli is an Associate Attorney in the New York City office of the Marsh Law Firm PLLC. Cori passionately advocates for survivors of sexual abuse and discrimination. Her practice focuses on protecting the rights of survivors and helping her clients secure justice by holding institutions and individual perpetrators accountable for the abuse and trauma that they inflicted and enabled. Cori’s practice areas include representing survivors of childhood sexual assault, child pornography, and campus sexual abuse, harassment, and retaliation. 

Prior to joining Marsh Law Firm, Cori litigated a broad range of high value personal injury and complex commercial litigation cases. Cori is experienced in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice.  

Cori earned her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in Manhattan, New York. In law school, Cori served as the American Bar Association Chair on New York Law School’s Student Bar Association and as a Junior Staff Editor for her school’s Law Review. In addition, Cori was a member of New York Law School’s Mock Trial Team and in 2021, she was the recipient of New York Law School’s Daniel Finkelstein Writing Award, which is awarded to one graduating student each year that displays excellence in researching and writing. Cori earned her bachelor’s degree at SUNY Oswego with cum laude honors in Public Justice.
