On November 10, 2022, Marsh Law founder James R. Marsh was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the unprecedented social media multi–district litigation in the Northern District of California.
This lawsuit is against some of the largest social media companies in the world including Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube for harming children through the algorithms in their defective products and for facilitating the creation and mass distribution of CSAM and online child exploitation.
